Description
• CACI is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to support our customer • Provide a common set of required EIT services • Implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users • Support our DoD customer to implement an enterprise IT service delivery model • Design and develop ServiceNow to store data in the CMDB • Support configuring and optimizing ServiceNow ITOM • Develop a Service Topology and maintain the Data Management Plan
Requirements
• 15+ Years of relevant experience • Bachelor's degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience • Master's degree in related field may be substituted for bachelor's degree and 3 years relevant experience • Experience working directly with the Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) suite of modules within ServiceNow • Advanced experience with ServiceNow implementations • Experience with development and implementation of ServiceNow ITOM and ITSM modules - Incident Management, Problem Management, Configuration Management
