• Junior: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related field • 0-3 years of experience in software development, systems integration, or related IT role • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance • Basic understanding of software architecture principles and design patterns • Familiarity with various technology stacks and platforms • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal • Ability to work effectively in a team environment • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies • Intermediate: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field • 3-8 years of progressive experience in solution architecture or related roles • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance • Strong knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization technologies • Solid understanding of network architectures and security principles • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and presentation abilities • Ability to balance technical requirements with business needs • Senior: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred) • 8-11 years of progressive experience in solution architecture or related roles • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance • Proven track record of designing and implementing complex technology solutions • Strong knowledge of various architectural patterns and frameworks • Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Proficiency in software development methodologies and best practices • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and presentation abilities • Strong leadership and project management skills • SME: Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field • 12+ years of extensive experience in solution architecture and technology leadership roles • Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain security clearance • Expert knowledge of various architectural styles and design patterns • Proven track record of designing and implementing large-scale, complex technology solutions • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and methodologies • Expertise in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Proficiency in multiple programming languages and frameworks • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences including C-level executives
