Description

• Across the United States, 6 in 10 adults live with one or more chronic conditions. • Chronic disease is today’s leading cause of death and disability in the US. • Patients who live with chronic conditions require far more touch points than available. • Cadence aims to deliver life-changing care to over one million patients by decade's end. • The Technical Implementation Manager will work closely with health system partners to launch a remote intervention platform. • Involve collaboration with external vendors, data, and product management teams. • Engage with technical leaders to implement integrations and rollout programs. • Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and stakeholders, translating EHR requirements. • Facilitate collaboration between IT, clinical, and administrative teams for EHR integration. • Manage communications with stakeholders about project progress and issues.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical implementations and project management. • 3+ years experience with healthcare EHRs like Epic, Cerner, and Athena. • Experience partnering with large partners on technical projects, including influencing key relationships. • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on cross-functional collaboration. • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities. • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies and healthcare IT standards. • Comfort working in a high-growth and fast-paced environment.
