Together with our growing network of health system partners, we deliver guideline-directed care to tens of thousands of patients today while producing best-in-class clinical outcomes. • Cadence Solutions is seeking Senior Data Manager who is passionate about uncovering care delivery insights to inform an exceptional healthcare experience for patients and clinicians. This role will have a leading role in developing KPIs and models to operationalize care for Cadence’s patients. You'll drive Cadence's data analytics roadmap by working closely with clinicians, health system administrators, and product managers. Your decisions will have the ability to improve the healthcare experience for millions of patients and clinicians. You will be instrumental in shaping Cadence's intensely data-driven culture.

🎯 Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Math, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or other quantitative fields strongly preferred. • 5+ years of experience in a data-centric role within a collaborative data and technology team. • Proven experience writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets. • Strong understanding of statistical analysis with experience using languages like Python or R. • Experience using data transformation tools such as dbt. • Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly present findings and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Experience building analytics and reporting tools. • Have strong project management and organizational abilities. • Preferred experience working in healthcare.
