📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for technical roles, including software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other specialized technical positions. • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified technical candidates. • Build strong relationships with passive candidates, fostering talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. • Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring a smooth experience for candidates and hiring teams while adhering to best practices and compliance. • Stay up to date on industry trends and emerging technologies, ensuring a continuous understanding of the technical skills and roles that will drive our business forward. • Act as a consultant and advisor to hiring managers, guiding them through effective interview techniques, compensation strategies, and talent market insights.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth startup environments • 2+ years of experience working at an executive search firm • You have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, DevOps, data science, etc.) • You possess strong sourcing skills, leveraging niche technical communities to connect with top talent • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • You are data-driven, comfortable using recruiting metrics to assess success and refine your strategies
