• 5+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably within high-growth startup environments • 2+ years of experience working at an executive search firm • You have a proven track record of successfully recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineering, DevOps, data science, etc.) • You possess strong sourcing skills, leveraging niche technical communities to connect with top talent • You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • You are data-driven, comfortable using recruiting metrics to assess success and refine your strategies
