β€’ Build strategic sourcing and recruiting plans by mapping the talent market. β€’ Optimize the use of recruiting tools like LinkedIn Recruiter and TopFunnel. β€’ Source, screen, and close high caliber candidates in a variety of technical positions. β€’ Collaborate with client recruiting teams to improve recruiting processes and help initiate scalable changes to existing recruiting strategies. β€’ Accurately track and report recruiting data. β€’ Learn from others on the team and share your knowledge in return. β€’ Have a direct impact on the future of our growing company.

Requirements

β€’ 4+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience with at least some of that being in-house. β€’ A proven track record of success in building strong partnerships with a variety of stakeholders from interviewers to hiring managers to executives. β€’ A data-driven and problem-solving approach to recruiting and stakeholder management. β€’ A passion for building teams and delivering the best candidate experience. β€’ Persistent curiosity and desire to learn as much as possible.
