Description
• Calabrio’s global growth requires strategic product leaders who do not settle for status-quo. • We are seeking a strategic and experienced Product Director to lead the development, innovation, and execution of our workforce management (WFM) solutions. • This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and driving the product strategy, vision, and roadmap for our WFM products.
Requirements
• 10+ years of experience in product management, with at minimum 5 years in leadership roles. • Proven experience in managing complex product portfolios. • Strong understanding of WFM concepts such as scheduling, forecasting, time and attendance. • Bachelor's degree in engineering and an MBA is a must. • Significant experience in business and commercial management roles is essential. • Strong analytical and quantitative skills; data and fact-based decision. • Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development
