OnBuy are an online marketplace who are on a mission of being the best choice for every customer, everywhere. • We have recently been named one of the UK's fastest-growing tech companies in Deloitte's Technology Fast 50. • As the Head of Product Delivery, your primary responsibility will be to lead our Product team, overseeing the end-to-end delivery of our product roadmap. • You will have a deep understanding of delivery processes, execution excellence, and people management to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes that align with the OnBuy’s strategic goals. • Your mission is to drive the success of the product delivery pipeline through efficient processes, clear communication, and an unwavering focus on quality and accountability.
Requirements
• Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within scope, and with measurable outcomes. • 10+ years of experience in Product Delivery, Project Management, or similar roles, with at least 5 years in a leadership capacity. • Strong experience leading, developing, and scaling high-performing teams. • Deep knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and other project management methodologies, with the ability to adapt approaches to fit organisational needs. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to manage and influence stakeholders at all levels. • Able to translate high-level strategic goals into actionable and measurable plans. • Highly skilled at identifying issues and finding effective solutions quickly and efficiently.
Benefits
• The salary on offer for this role is £80,000 to £90,000 per annum, depending on experience. • In return for helping us to grow, we’ll offer you company equity, meaning you own a piece of this business we are all working so hard to build.
