Description

• Calix provides the cloud, software platforms, systems and services for communications service providers. • Searching for a highly motivated, collaborative, and results oriented full-stack developer. • Will leverage domain knowledge to propose, architect, design and implement tooling and automation. • Responsible for developing backend and frontend solutions for data-driven decision making. • Coordination with other groups to ensure the success of tools and automation projects. • Driving tooling and automation roadmap and feature prioritization.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience as a full-stack developer designing, coding, and contributing to high-performance real-time network security and intelligence products. • Expert level knowledge of contemporary backend, database, and front end coding languages and frameworks and an ability to select the right technologies to align with project needs. • Deep understanding and practical experience with network traffic and transport, application, and wifi protocols. • Experience supporting the development of advanced network intelligence solutions and familiarity with leveraging ML for application detection, threat detection, and/or device typing. • Experience with Deep Packet Inspection (DPI) and Network Traffic Analysis. • Experience with Firewalls and Gateways. • Expert level understanding and experience working with L2-L7 protocol details. • Organized and goal-focused, ability to deliver in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent analytical, integration, and debugging skills. • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
