Description

• Drive efforts critical to MDpanel’s success in 2025 and beyond. • Work with existing physician base to grow their QME practice revenue. • Identify, contact, and close physicians seeking to become Qualified Medical Evaluators (QMEs). • Build and maintain long-term relationships with physicians and their support staff by providing exceptional service and support. • Develop and implement strategies to enhance physician satisfaction, engagement, and retention. • Conduct regular check-ins and QBR’s with existing clients to understand their needs. • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to increase account revenue and deepen customer relationships. • Conduct presentations and demos to educate clients on MDpanel’s services, ensuring a clear understanding of value proposition. • Track growth and new sales activities, provide updates on pipeline status, and prepare sales forecasts. • Use customer insights and data analysis to drive strategic decisions. • Collaborate with marketing and operations to deliver exceptional onboarding and credentialing experience.

Requirements

• Must reside in California • 10+ years of experience in sales or business development, selling directly to physicians • Experience within worker's compensation, med-legal, healthcare, or legal sectors preferred. • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to close sales. • Ability to listen, problem solve, troubleshoot, and serve prospect and client needs. • Ability to clearly articulate a value proposition and effectively present information (from individuals to large groups). • Entrepreneurial, self-sufficient, and self-driven. • Must be able to work independently, prioritize work activities, and use time efficiently. • Organized and thorough with attention to detail and a bias towards action. • Team-oriented - focused on what’s right for the business, not what’s suitable for the individual or function; ability to build deep relationships internally and earn the respect/trust of others. • Unquestionable integrity and intellectual curiosity. • A willingness to travel within California as needed to meet clients. • Experience with high-volume prospecting (email marketing and cold calling) to physicians.
