• Sandy Hook Promise is a national nonprofit organization aiming to end school shootings. • The VP will lead youth violence prevention programs from creation to implementation. • Looking for a strategic and innovative leader with strong educational pedagogy command.

Requirements

• Portfolio Strategy Development & Execution • Operations: Program and Training Design, Development & Implementation • Operations: Departmental and Organizational Leadership • Operations: Educational Technology Strategy and Delivery • People Leadership • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in child and youth development, instructional design, training, technical assistance, change management, and continuous quality improvement systems. • A Master's degree and/or applied experience in Developmental Psychology, Sociology, Public Health, Education, Organizational Change Management, Youth Development, Implementation Science, or a related field. • The ability to travel up to 20% of the time
