📋 Description

• CALSTART is a mission-driven industry organization focused on transportation decarbonization and clean air for all. • Over 30 years, CALSTART’s mission is to implement large-scale, zero-emission transportation solutions. • The Marketing Manager, Regional Offices will develop and implement strategic marketing plans to promote CALSTART’s Regional Offices and their programs. • An exciting opportunity to support expanding work of Regional Offices.

🎯 Requirements

• 5-7 years of professional marketing experience in B2B marketing • Quick learner with the ability to distill complex programs into easily understood concepts for diverse audiences • Self-starter with a creative mindset to develop innovative marketing solutions for business challenges • Strong project management and communication skills with a proven track record of fostering consensus and leading cross-functional initiatives • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills; adept at managing multiple workflows, prioritizing deadlines, and overseeing budgets • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Monday.com, MailChimp, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, and Marketing Cloud • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field; equivalent professional experience will also be considered • Genuine interest in sustainability and clean transportation solutions
