• Are you ready to power the World's connections? • If you don’t think you meet all the criteria but are still interested in the job, please apply. • C for “Customer Champions” is our first value. • Our Customer Marketing function is dedicated to creating programs that engage our customers throughout their lifecycle. • The Customer Marketing Manager role will report to our Director, Customer Marketing. • This role will focus on customer advocacy activities, including creating customer content (case studies, video testimonials, etc). • This role will require someone agile, who thrives in context switching and is excited by creating and owning programs. • There will also be a customer-facing component to this role.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of marketing experience with 1-3 years of customer marketing experience • Have the desire and ability to learn a technical product • Strong communication skills with the ability to write compelling copy • Strong project management skills • Experience with GTM platforms such as Marketo, Salesforce, Tableau, and Confluence • Have the ability to travel 2-5 times per year
