📋 Description

• Marketing Specialist with a focus on writing. • Write comprehensive proposals and marketing collateral. • Identify, pursue, and track target clients and opportunities. • Develop market-specific content and written copy. • Client, market, and opportunity-based research. • Support preparation of project interview teams. • Engage with operations and software sales teams. • Maintain proposal content library and in-house marketing analytics. • Participate in FOS Leadership strategic planning efforts.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or a related field required. • A minimum of 3 years of related work experience required. • Related experience working in a marketing or communications role for a professional services firm preferred. • Related experience working in the Architecture, Engineering, and/or Construction industry preferred. • Must be proactive, self-driven, organized, detail-oriented and have an enthusiasm for innovation. • Strong time and project management skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a deadline-driven environment. • Superior verbal, presentation, and graphic design skills are desired but not required. • Strong proficiency with MS Suite and Adobe Suite required; proficiency in InDesign preferred. • Familiarity with Deltek CRM Vision, Salesforce and Miro is a plus.
