📋 Description
• The Field Marketing Manager will drive demand generation and sales pipeline acceleration through strategic field marketing initiatives. • This role emphasizes event coordination, lead generation, and aligning marketing efforts with sales and customer priorities. • It offers a dynamic growth opportunity within field marketing and broader marketing functions.
🎯 Requirements
• 2-4 years in event coordination or field marketing, in a B2B tech or SaaS setting. • Strong project management and budgeting experience. • Vendor management and logistics coordination skills are essential. • Excellent written and verbal communication to convey strategies, outcomes, and project requirements effectively. • Proactive and solutions-oriented, with a track record of taking ownership of projects. • Ability to collaborate with multiple internal teams (Sales, Product, Customer Success). • Eagerness to expand into broader marketing roles, including ABM and custom experiential marketing. • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track and report on campaign performance.
