β’ Design, implement, deliver, measure and refine compliance activities and controls. β’ Monitor and audit compliance issues to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. β’ Participate in annual risk assessment process. β’ Ensure materials and reports are understandable and concise. β’ Collaborate with a team to support compliance program activities.
β’ Bachelorβs degree or equivalent experience. β’ 3 years of experience in compliance-related activities and controls for Compliance Analyst I. β’ 5 years of compliance experience or equivalent related experience for Compliance Analyst II. β’ Experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred. β’ Proven ability to deliver effective Core Compliance activities. β’ Skilled in project management and delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. β’ Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. β’ Excellent research and analytics skills. β’ Legal research skills preferred. β’ Proven ability to influence effectively at all levels.
