📋 Description

• Design, implement, deliver, measure and refine compliance activities and controls. • Monitor and audit compliance issues to ensure adherence to laws and regulations. • Participate in annual risk assessment process. • Ensure materials and reports are understandable and concise. • Collaborate with a team to support compliance program activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • 3 years of experience in compliance-related activities and controls for Compliance Analyst I. • 5 years of compliance experience or equivalent related experience for Compliance Analyst II. • Experience in a health care or Medicare-regulated environment preferred. • Proven ability to deliver effective Core Compliance activities. • Skilled in project management and delivery with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities. • Excellent written and oral communication and presentation skills. • Excellent research and analytics skills. • Legal research skills preferred. • Proven ability to influence effectively at all levels.
