β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive paid media strategy across multiple digital channels, focusing on customer acquisition, brand reach, and maximizing ROI. β€’ Lead and support a team overseeing organic social media, influencer partnerships, paid search, and content strategy. β€’ Guide the influencer marketing strategy, collaborating with the team to expand reach, leverage user-generated content, and drive direct sales attribution. β€’ Own and manage the paid media budget across all channels, overseeing budget allocation, performance forecasting, and adjusting spend. β€’ Leverage advanced segmentation, targeting strategies, and behavioral insights to reach high-potential audiences and drive engagement. β€’ Implement a robust framework for A/B and multivariate testing across paid media and web, identifying new growth opportunities. β€’ Lead and develop a high-performing team across paid media, paid search, social media, and influencer marketing. β€’ Provide weekly growth updates and campaign performance insights to business leadership.

Requirements

β€’ 7+ years in paid media management, with proven success in overseeing high-budget ($10M+) campaigns and experience across DTC, EdTech, or other data-driven industries. β€’ Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams, with experience managing senior-level social, content, and influencer marketing roles. β€’ Advanced skills in Meta Ads, Google Ads, Bing, TikTok Ads, and familiarity with social and influencer best practices. β€’ Expert-level proficiency in data analytics, KPI tracking, and attribution modeling, with experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, and data visualization software. β€’ Strong eye for creative optimization across ad formats, with a background in content strategy and short-form video, display, and carousel ad design. β€’ Skilled in A/B and multivariate testing across digital channels, with experience applying insights to maximize campaign performance and customer acquisition. β€’ Familiarity with the education industry or consumer brands marketing to parents. β€’ Experience in programmatic advertising or eCommerce platforms like Shopify.
