Description

•SmithRx is seeking a Director of Performance Accountability to join our growing team. •Collaborate directly with senior executives and key clients to ensure lowest possible pharmacy costs. •Architect and execute SmithRx’s strategy for client reconciliations and performance accountability.

Requirements

•10+ years of experience in analytical, business development, or pharmacy strategy roles, including 5+ years experience leading high-performing teams at a PBM. •Startup experience, where you thrived in a fast-paced environment, is a strong plus. •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, advanced degree or MBA preferred. •Excel at both written and oral communication, adeptly presenting SmithRx value proposition and philosophy on performance accountability to audiences including internal leaders, brokers, pharmacy consultants, and employers.
