Description

β€’ The Sales Order Coordinator is responsible for validating customer purchase orders, sales orders, invoice creation and end-user contracts. β€’ The role is central to the success of our sales teams and operations. β€’ Self-motivated by nature, the ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities and drive for excellence with a sense of urgency. β€’ Pushing for continuous improvement, they understand the upstream and downstream implications of their work. β€’ The Sales Order Coordinator has a customer-first orientation who’s always willing to help. β€’ This position is based in the United States with standard working hours from 8:00am - 5:00pm Pacific Time (PT).

Requirements

β€’ 2+ years of experience in sales order processing or a similar role within the software industry. β€’ Strong understanding of software licensing and pricing models. β€’ Excellent organizational and time-management skills. β€’ Proficient in using order processing software and CRM systems. β€’ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. β€’ Ability to work independently β€’ Ability to adapt and commit to extended hours during peak times, including month-end periods β€’ Resourceful, quick learner, problem solver β€’ Effective communication and interpersonal skills. β€’ Strong MS Excel and Word experience β€’ NetSuite experience preferred
