Description

• The Sales Order Coordinator is responsible for validating customer purchase orders, sales orders, invoice creation and end-user contracts. • The role is central to the success of our sales teams and operations. • Self-motivated by nature, the ideal candidate will take ownership of their responsibilities and drive for excellence with a sense of urgency. • Pushing for continuous improvement, they understand the upstream and downstream implications of their work. • The Sales Order Coordinator has a customer-first orientation who’s always willing to help.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in sales order processing or a similar role within the software industry. • Strong understanding of software licensing and pricing models. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Proficient in using order processing software and CRM systems. • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to work independently • Ability to adapt and commit to extended hours during peak times, including month-end periods. • Resourceful, quick learner, problem solver • Effective communication and interpersonal skills. • Strong MS Excel and Word experience. • NetSuite experience preferred.
