• Responsible for facilitating Business Class customer orders from submission to installation • Make daily calls to customers to ensure awareness and readiness for appointments • Complete Salesforce case responses to meet objectives and standards • Provide timely feedback to ensure customer satisfaction • Research and manage construction escalations in a timely manner • Work proficiently in Salesforce and related tools
Requirements
