Description

• Supports the sales team in selling, presenting, project managing, and implementing prenatal education tool through EMR systems. • Assists in selling and managing the implementation of prenatal education tools. • Provides field support for existing prenatal education accounts. • Coordinates and executes key tasks with the sales team and internal EDI Team. • Analyzes EMR utilization data and works with clients to improve electronic order rates. • Handles PHI in compliance with HIPAA regulations, passing a post-offer criminal background check. • Performs duties in compliance with company policies and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Associate Degree required. • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in the medical field or laboratory space. • Strong knowledge of EMR systems, lab workflows, and client workflows. • Proficiency in Excel; Salesforce experience preferred.
