Description

• Join Canacre's team for land-related infrastructure projects. • Coordinate drafting of land agreements and reports. • Collaborate with project managers and clients. • Administer payments and maintain tracking procedures. • Prepare due diligence trackers and status reports. • Assist in improving internal processes and standards. • Manage projects related to land administration.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in land, land administration or a related field or relevant experience • Minimum 5 years of project experience • Experience with title and drafting agreements • Experience with infrastructure, renewable, and right-of-way projects • Experience working in US jurisdictions is an asset • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to prioritize and meet critical deadlines • Proficient using software to track and organize agreements • Ability to interpret survey/construction plans, maps, legal descriptions • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
