📋 Description

• Reporting to the Chief Marketing Officer, the Product Marketing Director is a storyteller with a passion for bringing products to life through resonant campaigns and promotion strategies. • Serve as the primary liaison between Product Development/Management, Marketing, and Sales to ensure maximum mind share, market share, and revenue within target provider segments. • Scale our product marketing function with a focus on driving pipeline, solution value, and customer value realization. • Be the specialist on our existing customers and potential buyers and influencers. • Cultivate a solid understanding of our shifting competitor landscape by developing and sharing market insights. • Establish the positioning of Candid Health’s platform, including developing and maintaining key differentiators, value propositions, and messaging. • Work with product and commercial teams to coordinate and lead the development and implementation of launch plans for new features, products, and technology integrations. • Enable our commercial teams with materials such as win/loss analysis, battle cards, pitch decks, and demo videos. • Support the development of our Demand Generation and ABM efforts. • Support the Content Marketing function in setting our thought leadership and demand content agenda. • Manage and ensure the success of Customer Lifecycle Marketing initiatives. • Set clear goals and product marketing Key Performance Indicators with support from the team. • Drive the strategic GTM direction for segment growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 6-8 years of progressive experience, ideally including leadership roles in product marketing • Strong organizational and project management skills to effectively lead multiple partners and projects with tight deadlines • Proven ability to build and scale a function as the team’s first product marketing hire • Success in developing strong internal and external relationships • Fluency in recent news, cultural trends, and policy changes and able to translate that knowledge into concrete strategic actions • Strong imagination, instincts and judgment in transforming complex topics and information into captivating, relevant content • Proven acuity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and continuously adapt to new challenges and dynamic priorities, while maintaining professional grace and a sense of humor • Strong technical knowledge of a broad range virtual event platforms, virtual event production approaches and modern marketing automation, analytics and technology • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Excellent technical skills – MS Office (specifically advanced Excel and PowerPoint), virtual event platforms (Hopin, Zoom, others) and integrations to track lead generation (Salesforce.com, HubSpot) and Google Suite.
