📋 Description
• Design or technical focus and collaboration with design and technical leadership. • Assist Senior Interior Designer and Project Manager in execution of project goals. • Develop designs including planning and three-dimensional studies. • Document interior spaces with drawings of plans, elevations, details, etc. • Support Senior Interior Designer with furniture, fixtures and equipment selection. • Produce drawings conforming to project constraints. • Identify and apply building and life safety codes. • Prepare renderings and presentation materials. • Participate in client meetings and construction activities. • Mentor less experienced design staff.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, or Architecture required. • Minimum of 4 years of related experience required. • Current NCIDQ certification is preferred. • Strong creative design portfolio is essential. • Proficiency with Revit, Enscape, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required. • Travel as required.
