📋 Description

• Responsible for leading, developing and assembling the project team administering construction contracts • Be the prime liaison between builder, client/owner and design teams • Lead the project Risk Assessment process during Construction Administration • Attend site meetings • Work with overall Project Director and individual Project Managers • Manage internal Construction Administration efforts • Implement firm CA policies and guide the team • Monitor and participate in the review and interpretation of construction documents • Lead and participate in the resolution of problems on the jobsite • Consult client/owner on all issues related to the project • Review construction progress, advise status on project completion and authorize payment applications • Lead and monitor the preparation of Certification of Substantial Completion

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction or related field required • Minimum of 15 years relevant experience in the construction administration of institutional and/or commercial projects for at least the last 5 years • Registration or Licensure preferred • LEED accreditation preferred • Knowledge of building codes and requirements • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills • Technical knowledge, coordination skills and the ability to build a rapport with the project team is essential • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Bluebeam is required • Familiarity with the operation of construction management software (ex. Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Fieldwire) is required • Healthcare and Education Project experience strongly preferred • Professional business attire is required for client meetings.
