📋 Description

• Lead analytics-driven healthcare consulting services including market assessments, service growth projections, utilization studies, service line planning, and operational studies • Create relationships with clients through excellence, integrity, and reliability • Provide dependable client leadership and facilitate presentations and work sessions • Develop teams to drive analytical solutions and engage in high-value conversations • Manage teams, review performance, track project budgets, and oversee deliverables • Produce documentation, research briefs, analysis, and presentations • Identify and develop approaches for service line innovation • Promote thought leadership and develop networks • Enable professional development and mentoring • Provide leadership on pursuits and proposal development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in data science, analytics, mathematics, business administration, public health, health administration, or industrial engineering (Master's preferred) • 5+ years of healthcare analytics experience in financial planning, business planning, service line planning, operational planning, or capital planning • Proficient in Excel and visualization tools + PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, virtual collaboration tools • Creativity and critical thinking skills • Ability to work independently, detail-oriented, manage multiple projects • Executive gravitas with excellent communication skills • Comfortable with regular travel for client work and internal meetings • Experience in data science in healthcare projects is a plus • Strong portfolio and/or skillset in data-driven storytelling is a plus
