Requirements

β€’ 10+ years of experience in Sales Enablement, GTM Strategy, or Sales Leadership roles in high growth SaaS businesses. β€’ Proven experience in building and scaling enablement functions in a global, fast-paced environment. β€’ Strong understanding of sales methodologies and frameworks (e.g., Bowtie, SPICED) and the ability to implement them effectively across large teams. β€’ Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in leading cross-functional global teams. β€’ Data-driven approach to decision-making and the ability to translate insights into actionable enablement strategies. β€’ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and drive alignment across diverse teams.
