Description

• Philo is seeking an experienced Head of Integrated Product Marketing to join our passionate marketing team. • This role will lead and drive the strategy for integrated product marketing, ensuring our products deliver maximum value to our audience while increasing lifetime value. • You will be responsible for collaborating with our “goal based” product teams, overseeing go-to-market execution, and working closely with brand, growth, and lifecycle to build a world class customer journey. • Your leadership will help elevate Philo’s product offerings while ensuring subscriber satisfaction and engagement across all touch points.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product marketing or related roles in the consumer product or media industry. • Proven track record of developing go-to-market strategies across products, particularly in a direct-to-consumer or ecommerce environment. • Highly analytical with a data-driven mindset, and a strong focus on developing customer insights that lead to business results (experience with business intelligence tools and/or SQL a plus). • Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing high-performing teams. • Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders including product, data science, marketing, engineering, and business teams. • Exceptional communication, presentation, and storytelling skills with the ability to engage senior leadership and external partners. • Proven ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, ensuring timely delivery of key initiatives and outcomes. • Passionate about technology and committed to delivering world-class experiences for customers.
