Description

• Serve as the company’s commercial lead and owner on managing and successfully renewing our most sophisticated and complex existing customer accounts within a named book of business • Identify, pursue, and expand revenue by navigating cross-functional, cross-sell opportunities to maximize growth and scale revenue with each existing customer within a named book of business against a defined growth target • Liaise with our most senior level customer decision makers and budget holders (VP+, C-level) commercial stakeholders and leaders to build relationships as a trusted advisor • Travel up to 3-4x per year to attend industry-relevant events and conferences relevant to our target audience

Requirements

• At least 8 - 10 years of SaaS experience in sales and account management in a quota-carrying role at the Enterprise level • A background in market research, consumer insights, CX and/or the media & entertainment industry is a strong plus • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial in nature and can excel comfortably in complex and ambiguous environments • Highly-strategic in interpersonal and communication approach in order to drive outcomes • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance expectations, with strong attention to detailed numbers • Deep understanding and strong perspective and application of pricing/packaging strategy, SaaS contract clauses, developing Statements of Work, and working with enterprise-level Procurement
