📋 Description

•Capco is a global business and technology consultancy focused on the financial services sector. •The team offers our clients support and guidance to compete in an industry experiencing rapid modernization and change. •As a Senior Consultant on the Banking and Payments team, you will work in a fast-paced team setting to craft optimal strategies to solve complex client problems. •Lead and support client discussions that center around sales, servicing, and transacting processes across banking products and segments. •Develop frameworks, approaches, solutions, and recommendations to address impactful opportunities and challenges in business processes and technology systems. •Assist project teams in measuring current business or operational performance and forecast improvements. •Facilitate collaboration between business and technology to deliver on client objectives. •Work as part of a team leveraging agile and modern software delivery techniques. •Produce insights, analyses, and recommendations to improve client business performance. •Build solutions, toolkits, documents, and consulting approaches to be applied across Capco’s Banking and Payments practice.

🎯 Requirements

•5+ years of professional experience working in a banking environment as a business analyst, project/program manager, internal consultant or similar role. •Experience working for a management or technology consulting firm is strongly preferred •Broad financial services knowledge including consumer banking, business banking, lending, digital channels, payments, and operational management •Strong analytical skills with respect to business management and problem solving •Ability to effectively lead team members to ensure completion of project deliverables. •People and project management skills and experience •Ability to communicate in both written and verbal forms with confidence and clarity •Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and understand large programs •Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills •Agile experience is a plus •Bachelor's degree or higher highly preferred
