Description
• Join the design team at CapIntel as a Senior Product Designer. • Drive the design process from concept to execution. • Create wireframes, user flows, and prototypes to communicate design concepts. • Conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions. • Mentor and support junior designers and advocate for user-centric design.
Requirements
• 2-3 Case studies showcasing your digital product design work. • Proven experience in conducting user research, such as interviews and usability testing. • Experience collaborating with Product Managers and Designers for user experience improvements. • Ability to work within and extend a design system; experience in product redesign is a plus. • Proficiency in maintaining UI consistency and clear communication with stakeholders. • Expertise using Figma and other design-related software.
