Description

• We are seeking a skilled HubSpot Administrator with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing HubSpot CRM. • Responsible for the administration and continuous improvement of HubSpot’s platform across Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub. • Tasked with workflow automation, reporting, data maintenance, and supporting day-to-day requests from various stakeholders. • Your role will be crucial in ensuring that our HubSpot system supports the company’s growth and operational efficiency. • Design, implement, and manage automated workflows that enhance marketing, sales, and service processes. • Build, customize, and maintain reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for marketing campaigns, sales performance, customer service, and overall business growth. • Conduct regular audits to clean, update, and maintain the CRM data for accuracy and completeness. • Serve as the primary point of contact for HubSpot-related inquiries and support requests from stakeholders, addressing issues in a timely manner. • Manage user access, roles, and permissions, ensuring secure and compliant usage of the HubSpot platform. • Create and manage custom objects in HubSpot to support unique business requirements, ensuring proper tracking and reporting across departments. • Configure and optimize deal pipelines and stages, ensuring alignment with the company’s sales strategy and objectives. • Conduct routine audits of HubSpot workflows, user activity, and data to ensure optimal performance and adherence to best practices. • Develop and maintain detailed documentation of workflows, processes, and HubSpot configurations. • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HubSpot features and best practices, with HubSpot certifications being a plus (e.g., Inbound Marketing, Sales Software). • Utilize the full capabilities of HubSpot’s Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Service Hub to optimize customer journeys and support business goals.

Requirements

• Experience: 3-4 years of hands-on experience managing HubSpot CRM, including marketing, sales, and service hubs. • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of HubSpot workflows, automation, reporting, dashboards, and CRM administration. Experience with custom objects, deal pipeline setup, and data management. • Analytical Skills: Ability to create reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for stakeholders. • Problem-Solving: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, particularly with HubSpot technical issues. • HubSpot Certifications (Preferred): Any relevant HubSpot certifications (e.g., HubSpot Inbound, Sales Software). • Communication: Excellent communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in data management and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
