Description

β€’ Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy tailored to France, driving market penetration and revenue growth. β€’ Build and scale a high-performing revenue engine, with a focus on pipeline development, deal execution, and delivering predictable, consistent outcomes. β€’ Establish and nurture strategic client relationships, driving sustained revenue growth and long-term partnerships. β€’ Represent the company at industry trade shows and events, enhancing brand visibility and expanding the customer base. β€’ Design and implement accurate sales forecasting models, setting ambitious weekly, monthly, and annual revenue targets, along with action plans to achieve and exceed these goals. β€’ Identify and manage sales opportunities at every stage of the sales cycle, ensuring a proactive approach to closing deals and maximizing revenue potential.

Requirements

β€’ Entrepreneurial mindset with a strong drive to innovate and succeed β€’ Proven experience in SaaS sales, including leadership roles within both outbound and inbound sales environments, with a demonstrable record of success β€’ In-depth knowledge of the Enterprise market in France, with the ability to navigate and thrive in this space β€’ Established network of contacts within the Enterprise market in France, with the ability to leverage these relationships to drive business opportunities β€’ Knowledge of, and a strong network, in the insights/market research or CX industry are a must β€’ Experience in designing, implementing, and scaling sales processes, frameworks, and cycles, with a focus on long-term growth and efficiency β€’ Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets in fast-paced, high-growth environments β€’ Thorough understanding of SaaS business models, sales cycles, and the broader technology industry landscape. β€’ Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build lasting relationships. β€’ Verbal and written proficiency in English and French β€’ Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Pipedrive or similar), with a data-driven approach to managing sales performance.
