β€’ Take over sales responsibility in a territory in South Europe β€’ Reporting to the Senior Director of Sales Europe β€’ Represent Onto Innovation and its entire product portfolio β€’ Align requirements and targets of various functional groups β€’ Accelerate future success and growth for Onto Innovation

Requirements

β€’ University degree in a technical field with commercial experience or degree in commercial field with technical experience β€’ Highly driven, self-sufficient, well-organized with proven sales record and a winning attitude β€’ Good interpersonal skills, great communicator, appreciated team player β€’ Willingness to travel >50% time both within Europe and internationally β€’ Strong presentation skills β€’ 3-15 years experience selling capital equipment β€’ Fluent German & English β€’ Strong Microsoft 365 product knowledge β€’ Advantageous Experience selling metrology and/or inspection systems β€’ Basic knowledge in Optics, Yield Management, Defect Inspection, Metrology Technologies β€’ Understanding of Frontend and/or Backend semiconductor manufacturing techniques β€’ Knowledge of CRM and ERP systems such as SalesForce, SAP, Oracle β€’ Experience managing global customers
