• Manage sales of container machines, gensets, and telematics solutions within defined areas of the EMEA region. • Provide technical support to customers in collaboration with the Aftermarket service team. • Build and maintain strong customer relationships. • Assist with monitoring invoicing, prepayment, forecasting, and monthly reporting. • Proactively engage with existing customers (70%) while seeking out new opportunities (30%), using Teams, email, phone, and face-to-face meetings. • Collaborate with other departments (engineers, customer service, etc.) to manage interactions effectively.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English, plus proficiency in another language. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • 3-4 years of experience in a similar role. • Knowledge of shipping transport and container machinery. • Ability to build strong relationships and work in a technical sales environment. • Strong interpersonal skills, with an open and extroverted personality. • Willingness and ability to travel (40% across EMEA, including occasional travel to the Middle East, UK, Italy, France, Spain, and Portugal).
