In this role you will be responsible for translating complex business, product, and technical questions into actionable quantitative analysis, helping to inform decision making and measure outcomes. Candidates should be comfortable identifying key metrics, collecting, transforming, and analyzing data, building visualizations, and communicating findings cross-functionally. •This is a high visibility role with the potential to heavily influence our strategy. Candidates should be self motivated, product minded and have a strong drive for impact.

Requirements

•Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills •Advanced proficiency with SQL; Excel and Python is a plus •Experience with data manipulation, exploratory analysis and ETLs •Experience with visualization and dashboard development and maintenance •Proficiency with BI solutions such as Tableau, Looker, Mode, PowerBI, Metabase etc. •Strong communication skills with emphasis on efficient synthesis of complex topics and dissemination of actionable takeaways •Ability to adapt and work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, and deadline-oriented environment •4+ years experience as a data analyst, data engineer or related role •BA/BS degree, ideally in computer science, math or another quantitative field
