• The Senior Manager, Retail & Wholesale Sales will manage and grow Caraway’s retail and wholesale partner accounts. • Participate in retail, wholesale, and business development strategies. • Act as the primary sales lead for small-medium retail accounts. • Play a role in strategic planning, reporting, and business development strategies.
Requirements
• 6+ years of experience in sales or account management, ideally within the retail or consumer goods industry • Proven experience with managing retail partner accounts, with a strong understanding of the home goods or lifestyle products market • Excellent presentation skills with an eye for detail and the ability to tailor content to various retail audiences • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively • Data-driven and analytical mindset, with a solid understanding of retail sales metrics • Ability to work collaboratively with senior leadership and across departments • Entrepreneurial spirit with a proactive approach to identifying and solving business challenges
