• Own and lead the design, deployment and operationalization of quota-carrying and sales support capacity • Recommend compensation and performance management measures to drive rep efficiency • Lead partner meetings powered by compensation, performance and capacity insights
Requirements
• 8 years+ proven experience in sales compensation design, sales planning, or similar role • Strong financial modeling skills, including proficiency in Excel • Experience with SQL, Tableau, and other Business Intelligence tools desirable • Ability to use data to tell a compelling story
