Description

• Responsible for creating and achieving sales objectives across Drybar retail channel partners. • Accountable for overall sales performance, team management, and budget management. • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve targeted sales growth. • Monthly, quarterly, and annual review of sales performance. • Partner with the senior director of sales to construct annual sales & education expense budget. • Initiate and build relationships with key regional retail contacts. • Work with marketing and education to ensure all are working toward a common goal. • Recruit, develop, motivate and retain independent contractors, AC’s, and AEs.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. • 5-7 years of experience with Ulta/Sephora/Nordstrom/Macy’s. • Experience with managing large field teams and multiple direct reports. • Authorized to work in the United States on a full time basis.
