• Oversee aspects of retail operations and drive strategic initiatives • Manage and optimize profit margins, enhance customer experience, ensure operational efficiency • Champion a customer-centric approach and develop customer retention strategies • Collaborate with inventory management and visual merchandising teams • Lead and mentor the Big Box accounts retail team • Monitor financial performance and ensure compliance with policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) • 5 + years’ experience with Big Box accounts (Walmart, Lowe’s, The Home Depot, Ace) • Demonstrated success in driving retail sales, profitability, and operational efficiency • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills to make data-driven outcomes • Excellent leadership and team management abilities • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills • Visionary mindset with the ability to identify growth opportunities • Work in a fast-paced, and busy environment • Multi-brand or multi category experience preferred • Ideally consumer packaged goods experience
