β€’ Lead and Manage Sales Team: Hire and motivate a team of pharmaceutical sales representatives to achieve or exceed sales targets. β€’ Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase the market share of pharmaceutical products. β€’ Market Analysis: Monitor and analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to identify opportunities for business growth. β€’ Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmaceutical companies. β€’ Product Training and Promotion: Ensure the sales team is trained on product knowledge, market positioning, and effective promotional strategies. β€’ Sales Forecasting and Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyze sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to senior management. β€’ Compliance: Ensure that all sales activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards, including those set by regulatory bodies like the FDA or EMA. β€’ Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, medical affairs, and regulatory teams to ensure alignment and drive product success. β€’ This position will be remote, with the expectation of up to 75% travel.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership or team management role. β€’ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a highly competitive market. β€’ Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, regulatory requirements, and product lifecycle management. β€’ Excellent leadership and people management skills. β€’ Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals. β€’ Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and market trends. β€’ Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. β€’ Results-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving. β€’ High degree of professionalism and ethical behavior. β€’ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
