📋 Description
• At Anchorage Digital, we are building the world’s most advanced digital asset platform for institutions to participate in crypto. • Anchorage Digital is a crypto platform that enables institutions to participate in digital assets through custody, staking, trading, governance, settlement, and the industry's leading security infrastructure. • Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., is the only federally chartered crypto bank in the U.S. • Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will focus on enhancing sales delivery, refining presentation skills, and ensuring alignment of sales resources with our strategic goals.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years in sales enablement, sales, or client success roles, in an institutional crypto or fintech environment. • Strong project management, training, and presentation skills, with a focus on enhancing sales delivery and storytelling. • Proficient in CRM (e.g. Salesorce), data analytic tools, and enablement platforms, experience with dashboard creation is a plus. • Familiarity with B2B sales cycles, institutional client engagement, and effective client presentation techniques.
