• Drive carbon reduction, spark sustainable innovation and make eco-conscious business the new norm. • As a Sustainability Solutions Consultant, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our sustainability initiatives and advancing our mission to reduce carbon emissions. • Design and implement impactful, user-friendly strategies and products that align with both environmental goals and business needs. • Collaborate across teams, identify opportunities to innovate, measure progress through sustainability metrics, and engage stakeholders to build momentum for lasting change.
Requirements
• University degree in Business, Economics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field with a focus on sustainability or compliance. • Familiarity with regulations like CBAM, CSRD, SBTi or expertise in supplier collaboration and sustainability frameworks is highly desirable. • Experience engaging with customers and translating their needs into actionable product strategies. • Fluency in German and English to engage with our customers and their suppliers. • Confident in working within environments involving regulatory and policy frameworks. • Excellent organizational and problem solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment. • Experience managing the product lifecycle in a B2B software or SaaS environment, with a solid understanding of software development processes is a plus. • A supportive team player, with a proactive approach and a self-driven work attitude, capable of working in the rapidly changing start-up environment.
