📋 Description

• Who We Are: Hi there! We’re Carbyne, and every day, we’re on a mission to revolutionize public safety. • We’re building a cutting-edge platform that helps save lives—think live video streaming, real-time chat, and precise location tracking. • As Partner Marketing Manager, you’ll develop and execute programs that expand Carbyne’s reach via our partners. • Drive partner strategy and execute global partner marketing strategy. • Collaborate with partners to design and run co-branded campaigns, manage campaign execution. • Equip partners for success with compelling materials and conduct training webinars. • Work with Sales, Customer Success, and Channel teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals. • Team up with Product Marketing to maintain consistent messaging and coordinate with Demand Generation team. • Plan Carbyne’s presence in partner-related events and ensure flawless execution. • Use data-driven insights to measure and optimize partner marketing efforts, track performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years in partner marketing, alliance marketing, or channel marketing within a B2B tech environment. • Proven track record of planning and executing successful co-marketing programs that drive pipeline and revenue. • Strategic skills to develop long-term marketing plans and execute campaign details. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, persuasive and personable. • Demonstrated success working across teams, aligning partner campaigns with internal stakeholders. • Proficient with marketing and sales tech stacks, hands-on experience with CRM and Marketing Automation Platforms. • Comfortable with data and performance analytics to inform decisions, setting KPIs for partner marketing.
