Description

• We are seeking a motivated and experienced Accounting Manager to join our team. • The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our day-to-day financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable, payroll, and financial reporting. • This role will work closely with our leadership team to ensure accurate and timely financial information is provided to support decision making. • Direct Leadership of major accounting tasks in support of the CFO. • Prepare weekly account payable in Bill.com. • Process bi-weekly timecard and payroll in Paylocity. • Process weekly credit card activities in Netsuite. • Process weekly sales in QBO/Netsuite. • Assist in the preparation of weekly reports (Excel) • Reconcile monthly sales tax information • Assist in the annual audit process • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field. • As least 3 years experience in accounting or related field • Experience with accounting software (Netsuite, Bill.com, Paylocity, etc.) and Microsoft Excel. • Comfort in working in a remote team environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. • Previous experience in e-commerce and cost accounting is a plus • Experience with accounting for a business that sells physical goods/inventory is a plus
