Description

• Advisor for assigned repair, maintenance and SaaS contract renewals, with a focus on hardware and software. • Primary partner support for key IT stakeholders within assigned contract renewals. • Work closely with sourcing teams and IT to provide analytics and reporting for repair, maintenance SaaS renewals and spend. • Assist in performing quality audits on information contained within appropriate tracking tools. • Coordinate internal IT teams to formalize future demand requirements for assigned projects. • Initiate new indirect supplier contracts and maintain existing indirect supplier contracts. • Identifies innovative procurement solutions that provide cost savings and process efficiencies for the organizations. • Drive purchasing discipline and compliance with internal stakeholders. • Submit BuyNow purchase requests within assigned projects.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of experience, preferred in indirect procurement, finance, or IT. • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred. • IT hardware/telecom/network sourcing experience preferred. • Ability to provide analytics and reporting to all levels within organization. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills; able to communicate effectively and interact with personnel at various levels of expertise. • Internal candidates have to be in a P2/P3/M1 role for a minimum of 1 year to be eligible to apply for this position.
