• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and target audience preferences. • Oversee the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across various classes of trade, setting clear expectations and delivering results. • Partners with solution owners and internal clients (Consumer Health, Generics, Brand) across Pharma to create compelling marketing programs to drive revenue and sales in support of the business' objectives to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives. • Utilize data analytics tools and platforms to track performance metrics, analyze campaign effectiveness, and identify areas for improvement along with new campaign initiatives. • Provide regular reports/dashboards and presentations to leadership and key stakeholders highlighting key performance metrics, insights, and recommendations for optimization. • Collaborates with finance, analytics and internal clients to create an enhanced revenue model. • Drive innovation and experimentation by testing new strategies and tactics to improve campaign performance and achieve business goals. • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends, customer behavior, and emerging technologies. • Evaluates emerging technologies and provides thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.
• 8+ years of digital marketing strategy preferred • Creative problem solver with a proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize task, manage deadlines and handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical abilities and a data-driven approach to decision making. • Knowledge of B2B marketing trends, technologies, and best practices with a track record of driving measurable results • Expectational communication skills, both written and verbal with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively. • Proficiency in using web analytics tools and data visualization platforms to derive actionable insights. • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration or related field preferred • Ability to be extremely collaborative with internal/external team members and stakeholders. • Experience managing large, complex customer portfolios.
