📋 Description
• CardioOne is hiring an Associate Director of Revenue Cycle Management - Patient Access and Accounts (Collections) • Responsible for supporting and leading revenue cycle operations. • Aim to lead the reduction of inefficiencies and improve the patient experience. • Report directly to the VP of Revenue Cycle Management Operations and work remotely.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. • 6-8 years of equivalent and relevant experience in RCM / process management. • Excellent supervisory, managerial skills. • Athena Health EMR knowledge strongly preferred • Knowledge of medical billing and healthcare business processes. • Understanding of medical billing/coding. • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills. • Strong organizational skills. • Knowledge of financial reporting required. • Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem-solving ability.
