Description

β€’ Develop and implement digital community engagement strategies to build meaningful connections. β€’ Identify, establish and manage digital partnerships with local organizations and stakeholders. β€’ Manage digital community efforts, including social media and online forums. β€’ Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align offline marketing tactics with digital community efforts with overall objectives. β€’ Track and report on digital community engagement metrics, making adjustments as needed.

Requirements

β€’ Experience in community relations, digital marketing, or a related field. β€’ Strong communication and relationship-building skills. β€’ Experience in building online communities β€’ Experience in loyalty marketing and programs a plus. β€’ Ability to develop and execute strategic plans. β€’ Previous healthcare experience is a plus. β€’ Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for community engagement.
